As it is for most people, December is a whirlwind of a month here at EducationMatters as we wrap up the old year and get ready for the new, so it‘s nice to pause for a few moments to reflect on everything we have done together for Calgary Board of Education (CBE) students in 2018.

At EducationMatters we believe that education is the cornerstone of our society. We also acknowledge the Tsuut’ina and Stoney Nakoda First Nations (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations).The City of Calgary is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta - Districts 5 and 6. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit who have cared for these lands for generations.
