Eligibility

Open to students registered in grade 12 who are completing the requirements of a high school diploma. Applicants are required to submit an original essay of three paragraphs and approximately 500 words outlining: Who Are You? Tell us about yourself and why health and nutrition is important to you. What is Your Passion? Tell us how your passion relates to health and nutrition. What is Your Plan? If you pursue this course of study, tell us how it will make a difference in your life and in the lives of others. Selection will be based on the essay.

You can apply by creating an account in our Student Award Application Portal. Applicants should check with their guidance office for more information and are encouraged to discuss their application with the Scholarship Coordinator at their high school.

Selection & Payment

Recipients are selected by September. To claim the award, within two (2) years of notification of award the recipient must be registered in an eligible program of post- secondary study. Payments will be made to the post-secondary institutions.
