Erica Wiebe

Erica Wiebe (B.Kin, B.A. (Hons))  is the 2016 reigning Olympic Champion in the sport of Freestyle Wrestling. She is an athlete, speaker, and sport advocate. As she continues to pursue the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, Erica is an ambassador for Right to Play and Fast & Female, sits on the board for Alberta Sport Connection, and works in a flexible role as a Consultant at Deloitte. This dynamic, driven individual believes in the transformative power of sport.

Dr. Raj Bhardwaj

Dr. Raj Bhardwaj is a family doctor working at the Sheldon Chumir Urgent Care Centre in the heart of downtown Calgary, and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine. He’s also the health and medicine columnist for CBC Western Canada, and the host of the DDx podcast.

Raj’s passion is science communication and helping to raise health literacy in our community. He helps health professionals stay current as well, by organizing and teaching at medical conferences. He’s also a self-proclaimed nerd, speaking on topics such as “How to Die in Space” and “How to Hack Your Hangover” at events such as Adults Only Night at Telus Spark and NerdNite, as well as volunteering for Beakerhead and the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo (and winning the occasional costume contest at science fiction conventions).
