Open to students registered in Grade 12 at Crescent Heights High School who are completing the requirements of a high school diploma.

Applicants must have taken or currently be taking Physical Education 30, be involved in school activities and demonstrate evidence of being a good citizen. Student’s mark/standing in Physical Education will be the primary consideration in determining the recipient.

Preference will be given to students who plan to pursue post-secondary studies related to Physical Education.

Selection will be based on Physical Education 30 marks and citizenship qualities as demonstrated through the student’s contribution¬† to the school through extra-curricular activities..

Recipients must not have received more than $500 in other school-based awards specific for Crescent Heights students.

Selection & Payment

Selection will be made by a selection committee at Crescent Heights High School, including a representative from EducationMatters. To claim the award, within two (2) years of notification of award, the recipient must be registered in an eligible program of study at a Canadian University. Payments are made to the post-secondary institution.
